Ashley Thibodeaux Herbert, President
The Founder of Thibodeaux Consulting Group LLC; Ashley was previously a Managing Partner with the firm Bart’s Office Inc, which specializes in logistics for the Construction and Commercial Relocations industries. Her professional development began with managing project teams for the field operations side of that firm. Soon after starting with Bart's; she was promoted to Operations Manager, then to Chief Operating Officer, and finally to Chief Executive Officer. Her exposure to these different positions, and MBA from Tulane University, have made her extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the industry and have given her a rare viewpoint into client needs and best-practices; including those involving FF&E.
Ashley places a high value on leading and empowering employees to succeed personally and professionally. Effective at leading a team from project conception through execution; she is a strategic problem solver, change manager, and visionary entrepreneurial executive aspiring to shape the future of the built environment through consulting and design.
TCG Principal/Senior Engineers
An expert specialized Senior Engineer; well-versed in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Holding various industry certifications on top of Professional Engineer (PE) licensure. Involved in planning, executing, and managing complex practices/programs using "surgical" problem-solving to resolve intense multi-disciplinary issues. Providing risk-based engineering solutions for our core specialties of Fire Protection, Security, Life Safety and Building Codes. Able to provide insights into a range of AE-service-based horizontal markets, and large-scale industry-based vertical markets, across the USA and overseas.
